I had 3 coaching sessions with Anthony in early 2026 – they were very practical and impactful.

We talked mostly about how to build and improve connections with people in the workplace, across different seniorities, groups, objectives and settings. Culture and sensitivity were words often brought up, and Anthony’s track record of living in multiple continents, having a long and fruitful career in finance while also venturing out as an entrepreneur, brought real insight and authenticity to our conversations.

Amongst the lessons and tips I gleaned, the central theme connecting them was empathy – making people feel seen, heard and prioritised.

I also enjoyed the sessions because it was never a one-way directive of Anthony telling me “what to do”. Instead, through mutual sharing, brainstorming and nudging me down the right paths, Anthony got me to see things through fresh perspectives and seamlessly arrive at clear (sometimes obvious) conclusions. Adapting practical tips and advice that he suggested, I began to put these into practice and it yielded positive (often better than expected) outcomes.
