As somebody who has worked extensively on 4 continents and invests globally, he has deep hands-on experience. While he was at TPG Capital, a pre-eminent global private equity firm, he helped TPG invest in one of the largest auto dealer groups in Asia at the time. He then worked in the auto company as Head of Business Development putting in place operational processes and frameworks and acquiring smaller dealers as part of a nationwide roll-up strategy. That business eventually went public and became one of the largest auto dealer groups in the world.

As a two-time entrepreneur, Anthony built his first company from scratch at 30 years old by starting his own hedge fund at the depths of the financial crisis. Later, he successfully acquired and built multiple preschools in Singapore, an industry in which he had no prior experience, scaled revenue by more than ten-fold with 50 staff. Eventually he sold it to a global education company. By applying what he practiced on Wall Street for years with some of the best, he has spearheaded the ETA journey from start to finish numerous times for others and, most importantly, himself.
